Located in the prestigious suburb of Vaucluse, this renovation takes full advantage of sweeping harbour and Northern views. The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, brought together by a refined material palette and architectural enhancements throughout.

A striking steel spiral staircase, clad in oak floorboards, forms a sculptural centrepiece. Veneer joinery and shadowline skirting and ceilings are carried throughout the interiors, contributing to a seamless, contemporary finish.

The marble bathrooms are complemented by crazy stone feature paving at the entry and in the courtyard spaces, adding texture and visual interest.

As part of the renovation, structural steel was introduced to raise window heights, creating a light-filled stair void and enhancing the home’s connection to its stunning natural surrounds.
